“A Call to Action” is a group of parents who have been involved in family court litigation, who now come together to offer support, and work to address systemic problems in the Guardian ad Litem program. “A Call to Action” is actively working to file complaints against Guardian ad Litem, Jamie L. Manning. We ask for a fair, and transparent, system to have our complaints, and supporting evidence, heard and investigated. “A Call to Action” is also working towards addressing systematic problems in the GAL program as a whole. The Guardian ad Litem program serves a valuable role in both the juvenile and family courts, reform is in the best interest of the public, and in serving the children it has sworn to advocate for.

“A Call to Action” would like to thank Susan Du, and the City Pages for allowing us us to tell our story, and for reporting on this important subject.

We will keep you updated as things progress so please check back on this blog.
